Job summary

Caliber Collision Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to join our service center. You will blueprint and execute repairs, manage full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds, and ensure work is performed to factory specifications with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge.
• No-shortcuts mindset; blueprint and repair to factory specs.
• Detail-oriented with focus on bolts and welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-focused and able to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender damage to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specifications.
• Quality reassembly and finishing touches.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep work area safe and tidy and maintain cleanliness.
