Job summary

Caliber Collision Round Rock is seeking an Auto Body Technician to repair vehicles with modern equipment and factory specs. You’ll work on fender, frame, and panel repairs and coordinate with estimators and painters to return cars to road-ready condition.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Attention to tightened bolts, welds, and precision workmanship.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude coordinating with painters, estimators and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to restore alignment and integrity.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with safety standards.
