Job summary

Caliber Service Center in Upland is hiring for an experienced collision repair professional. You’ll repair vehicles from fender benders to frame rebuilds, using precise methods to return cars to factory specs. You will work with a team across painters, estimators, and front office to ensure quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality to blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail with tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude working with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with team to move cars through efficiently.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work area.
