Caliber Collision Big Cove is seeking an experienced collision repair technician. You will blueprint and execute repairs, perform frame and structural work, and ensure high-quality finishes.

You’ll collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office to deliver top-tier service, with opportunities for growth and training. Ideal candidates bring at least two years of experience, strong frame skills, and a detail-oriented, team-driven approach.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit for job: lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish, paying attention to fit.
