Crash Champions in Lewis Center, OH is seeking a skilled collision repair technician to examine damaged vehicles, plan repairs, and coordinate status with the team to keep workflows moving smoothly.

The role features a commission/flag-rate structure, a broad compensation range, and a comprehensive benefits package, with opportunities for growth within our fast-growing MSO and Luxe EV-certified centers.

Qualifications

• Experience using a frame machine in collision repair.
• I-CAR welding certification or equivalent.
• Knowledge of repair processes by vehicle manufacturer.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel on site.
• Must be able to pass a thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicles and plan repair processes.
• Coordinate with team on repair status and workflow.
• Perform quality repairs while maintaining on-time status.
• Decide between repair or replacement based on safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Access vehicle components by removing upholstery and related parts as needed.
• Attend all required safety meetings.
• Prepare surfaces by filing, grinding, and sanding with power and hand tools.
• Direct an apprentice and explain procedures when needed.
