Caliber Edmond Service Center in Edmond, OK is hiring skilled auto body technicians to perform full collision repair. You’ll work on fender benders to frame rebuilds as part of a collaborative team, using modern equipment and aiming for factory-spec results.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• No-shortcuts mindset; blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Meticulous attention to tightened bolts and welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-focused collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repairs from minor to major frame work.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specifications.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finished details.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
