Caliber Collision Tarpon Springs is seeking skilled auto body technicians to repair and restore damaged vehicles with precision.

You will work on full collision repair, frame and panel work, and quality reassembly, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office to move cars through quickly and correctly.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time with no shortcuts.
• Attention to detail to ensure tightened bolts, precise welds, and quality finishes.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-based collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair including fender benders and frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to bring parts back to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
