Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; able to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, welds and finish matter.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
