Caliber Collision Riverside is seeking a skilled auto body repair technician to perform full collision repairs, frame straightening, and high-quality reassembly. You will work with a team to bring vehicles back to factory specs using modern equipment and safety practices.

No two days are the same; you’ll tackle fender benders to frame rebuilds, maintain precision, and coordinate with painters and estimators to move cars efficiently through the shop.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how.
• No-shortcuts mentality—blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail—tightened bolts, precise welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit for the job—lift up to 50lbs.
• Team-first attitude—collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring bent, twisted, or torn parts back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
