Caliber’s Fremont Service Center seeks skilled auto body technicians to repair collision damage with precision. You will work on everything from fender benders to major frame work, using modern equipment and industry-leading gear.

You must have at least two years of hands-on experience, frame straightening know-how, and the physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. A team-first attitude and commitment to safety are essential.

• Frame straightening and structural know-how.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs with no shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
