Caliber is seeking a collision repair technician at our Blacksburg Service Center. You will perform full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, ensuring repairs meet factory specs and are completed on time.

Experience with frame straightening and panel work, a strong eye for detail, and ability to work with a team are required. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge; pull, straighten, and square when needed.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix it right the first time.

Responsabilités

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and final fit.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Keep the work location safe and tidy.
