Job summary

Caliber Collision Charlottesville is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to join our service center. You will perform full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, using precise techniques and factory specifications.

Qualifications

• Two years of collision repair experience referenced in the job listing.
• Frame and structural know-how with ability to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality and commitment to quality repairs.
• Detail-oriented, ensuring tightened bolts and proper welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude working with painters, estimators and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Repair panels and structural components to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and final touches.
• Collaborate with team to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
