You will perform full collision repair, panel and structural work, and ensure quality assemblies and safety standards are met. The role requires at least two years of hands-on experience and a strong team mindset.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural repair know-how.
• No-shortcuts mentality—blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail and high-quality workmanship.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with collaboration across shop roles.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs to return vehicles to factory specs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Panel and structural work to restore alignment.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
