Caliber's Las Cruces - Amador Service Center is seeking experienced collision repair technicians to restore damaged vehicles to factory specs, helping customers get back on the road quickly, confidently, and with care.

We offer a sign-on bonus of at least $1,500 on your first paycheck if you start this month, competitive pay with a weekly flag rate of up to $20–$30, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural knowledge to pull, straighten, and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work with precision.
