Caliber Collision's Sturgeon Bay service center is hiring a skilled collision repair technician. You will repair and restore vehicles with a strong emphasis on frame, structural work, and precise welds, collaborating closely with painters and estimators to deliver quality results.

Competenze

• Experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides (min 2 years).
• Frame and structural know-how with ability to pull, straighten and square.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tighten bolts, welds, and alignment.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Mansioni

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision; no shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major repairs.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality fit and finish in reassembly.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area at all times.
