Qualifications

• At least two years of repairing accidents into road-ready vehicles.
• Frame and structural repair experience required; ability to pull, straighten and square.
• No shortcuts; blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Attention to detail with tightened bolts and quality welds.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repair plans with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major repairs.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
