Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Formal technical training or a 3-year auto body apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair methods and tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan and repair planning.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to restore structural integrity.
• Replace damaged components and refinish with factory or equivalent paint.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Meet labor time guidelines and KPI targets.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver customer excellence.
