Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by meticulously repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, collaborating with teammates to meet KPIs and uphold our brand promise of speed and quality.

The role requires manual dexterity, ability to read repair orders, and proficiency with body repair tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Able to read and interpret job orders and repair instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers using appropriate tools.
• Repair dents with filler resins when needed and realign chassis.
• Replace damaged sections and install or repair glass and interior parts.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint vehicles to factory specs or equivalent.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines and verify repairs.
