Job summary

Classic Collision East Lakeland Repair Center in Lakeland, FL is seeking a skilled collision repair technician to join our team. We uphold safety, quality, integrity, and heart in every vehicle we repair and every customer we serve.

You will perform disassembly, body repair, welding, alignment, and testing to deliver a 100% repair plan. We offer competitive pay, a supportive team culture, 401K with company match, PTO (6 holidays), and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of collision repair experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Customer-focused attitude and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist Collision Estimators in assessing damage and planning repairs.
• Ensure all needed repairs identified to minimize supplements and repair time.
• Plan work procedures and follow work orders.
• Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic components to access damaged areas as needed.
• Repair damaged body panels and weld/reassemble after painting.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools.
• File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces before painting.
• Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles for safety and quality.
