Job summary

Caliber Collision Fond Du Lac is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to repair and restore vehicles to factory specs. You will perform frame and structural work, precision repairs, and collaborate with painters, estimators, and office staff to move cars efficiently through the shop.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square components.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail with tightened bolts and welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Handle full collision repair from fender to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel/structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish.
