Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ collision repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Customer-focused attitude with ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist collision estimators in repair planning.
• Identify needed repairs to minimize supplements and repair time.
• Plan work procedure following work orders.
• Remove upholstery, electrical parts to access damaged area when needed.
• Repair body panels and weld/replace as required; reassemble after painting.
• Operate hand and power tools; inspect and test drive repaired vehicles for safety.
