Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking an experienced Collision Repair Technician to join our Willowbrook Repair Center in Houston, TX. You will perform vehicle disassembly, assess damage, and execute a comprehensive repair plan while coordinating with estimators and the Paint Dept.

The role requires 2–3 years of collision repair experience and a strong commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities include repairing body panels, using various tools, and ensuring repairs meet industry standards.

Qualifications

2–3 years’ collision repair experience preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid Driver's License required.
Background check required.
Integrity and accountability in all interactions.
Strong customer service orientation.
Teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist estimators in preparing a 100% repair plan.
Identify all needed repairs to minimize supplements and repair time.
Plan work procedures following the work order.
Access damaged area by removing upholstery and components; store parts safely.
Repair body panels; ensure gaps and fits meet industry standards.
Operate hand and power tools as required.
Finish surfaces and prepare for paint department.
