Job summary

Group 1 Collision Center in Houston is seeking a qualified Collision Repair Technician to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition with quality, safety, and precision on every repair. You will repair vehicles per estimates and manufacturer standards, order and verify parts, and prepare vehicles for body work.

Requirements include 2+ years of collision repair experience, knowledge of structural/frame work, and a valid driver license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision repair experience, including structural/frame work.
• Valid driver license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ICAR/ASE or vocational certificates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles per estimate and manufacturer standards.
• Check parts against estimate; ensure proper parts are ordered and received.
• Prepare vehicles for body repair work.
• Notify management of additional repairs and document parts/labor needed.
• Follow safety rules and dispose of hazardous materials per regulations.
• Support other technicians and stay updated on regulations.
