Caliber's Lubbock Service Center is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to restore vehicles after accidents. If you bring hands-on frame and structural repair skills, a no-shortcuts mindset, and a sharp eye for detail, you could be a strong fit for our team.

You will collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff; participate in I-CAR and ASE training, and contribute to a fast-paced, safety-focused shop culture. Competitive pay and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to finish and fit.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
