Caliber Service Center in West Plano, TX, is hiring experienced collision repair technicians. You will perform full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, using modern equipment and industry-standard procedures.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time without shortcuts.
• Attention to detail for tightened bolts and welds.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Restore panels and structure to factory specifications.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
