Caliber Waxhaw Service Center is seeking skilled collision repair technicians. You will perform full collision repairs with emphasis on frame, panel, and structural work to bring vehicles back to factory specs.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience repairing wrecked vehicles to road-ready condition.
• Frame/structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint, proper repair first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, welds, and finishes.
• Physically fit: ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs with no guesswork.
• Perform full collision repairs from minor to major damage.
• Execute panel and structural work to bring parts back to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work closely with teammates to move vehicles efficiently.
• Keep work area safe and organized at all times.
