Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking skilled technicians at our White House, TN service center to perform full collision repair. You will blueprint, assess, and execute repairs on panels and structural components, ensuring factory specs and quality finishes.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of collision repair experience.
  • Frame and structural know-how required.
  • No shortcuts; blueprint and repair to factory specs.
  • Attention to detail with precise reassembly and welds.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-focused collaboration with other shop staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
  • Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
  • Work on panel and structural components to factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly and finish for safe operation.
