Requirements

• At least 2 years of prior experience as a collision repair technician; I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred
• Must have or be willing to obtain proper tools to complete job duties effectively

Skills and Abilities

• Physical ability to perform tasks such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, estimates, and work orders
• Experience with frame equipment and structural body repair is preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service skills to interact positively with internal and external customers
