Job summary

Caliber’s Salinas – Downtown Service Center is seeking skilled technicians to perform full collision repairs with a focus on frame and structural accuracy. You’ll work on a variety of crash-related scenarios, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff in a fast-paced shop environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of collision repair experience, frame expertise, a no-shortcuts mindset, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
  • Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
  • Detail-oriented with tightened bolts and welds; precise work.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
  • Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Perform panel and structural work to bring components back to factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
  • Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
  • Keep the work area clean and safe at all times.
