Job summary

Caliber Collision in Carmel is seeking a skilled collision repair technician to join our service center team. With a focus on turning wrecks into road-ready rides, you will blueprint and execute repairs, handle panel and structural work, and ensure factory-spec alignment.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience in collision repair and getting vehicles back on the road.
  • Demonstrated frame and structural repair know‑how with accuracy.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and workmanship quality.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a team environment.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute full collision repairs to factory specs.
  • Handle panel and structural work on varied vehicles.
  • Perform quality reassembly and ensure proper fit and finish.
  • Collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow procedures.
