Qualifications

  • Able to pull, straighten, and square frames.
  • No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right first time.
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs; physically fit.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
  • Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Perform panel and structural work as needed.
  • Ensure quality reassembly and proper fit.
  • Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
