Job summary

Caliber's Ogden service center is hiring collision repair technicians to restore vehicles to factory specs. You will handle full collision repair, from cosmetic dents to frame alignment, using industry-standard tools and 3M products.

We value hands-on experience, attention to detail, and a strong team attitude. You will work with painters, estimators, and front office staff to deliver safe, high-quality results and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
Ability to read blueprints and repair specs to factory standards.
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
Team-oriented with good communication across body shop roles.
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a shop environment.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute precise collision repairs.
Handle full collision repair from minor dings to frame work.
Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
Ensure quality reassembly and finish for proper fit and safety.
Collaborate with teammates across painters, estimators, and front office.
