Job summary

Caliber’s Oak Creek Service Center is seeking skilled collision repair technicians. You’ll perform full repairs from fenders to frames, with emphasis on precision, safety, and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of collision repair experience with proven results.
  • Frame straightening and structural repair knowledge.
  • Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a team environment.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision to factory specs.
  • Handle full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
  • Perform panel and structural work as required.
  • Ensure quality reassembly and fit/finish.
  • Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Maintain clean, safe work area at all times.
