Job summary

Caliber Service Center in Franklin, WI is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to repair and rebuild damaged vehicles to factory specs. You will blueprint, straighten, and accurately complete full-frame and panel work, ensuring high-quality reassembly and safety.

  • Perform full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
  • Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
  • Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area.
