Job summary

Caliber is seeking a collision repair technician at our Muncie center to repair vehicles from fender benders to full frame rebuilds. You will work with a team of painters, estimators, and front office staff, using modern equipment to restore vehicles to factory specs.

The role requires at least two years of collision repair experience, with I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred. We offer benefits starting day one, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute precise collision repairs.
  • Full collision repair from minor to frame rebuilds.
  • Panel and structural work to factory specs.
  • Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
  • Work as a team with painters, estimators, front office staff.
  • Keep the work area clean and safe.
