Job summary

Caliber’s Charlotte Service Center is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to restore vehicles to factory specifications. Grow your career with training and top-tier equipment while contributing to a team that values accuracy and safe, efficient work.

You’ll handle full collision repairs, frame and panel work, and precise reassembly, working closely with painters, estimators, and staff to move cars through the shop smoothly.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of collision repair experience.
  • Frame straightening and structural repair skills.
  • Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop environment.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specifications.
  • Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
  • Panel and structural work to restore vehicle integrity.
  • Quality reassembly and precise finishing.
  • Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
