Job summary

Caliber Collision's Midlothian center seeks an experienced collision repair technician to restore vehicles after crashes. You will blueprint and execute repairs, straighten frames, and deliver safe, factory‑spec restorations using modern equipment. A strong team orientation is essential as you collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Training is emphasized with I-CAR and ASE certifications; you must be eligible to work in the U.S. and take pride in quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and repair to spec.
• Attention to detail with tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team player collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
