Caliber Collision Highland is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to join a high-volume shop in Highland, IN. You will blueprint, repair and reassemble vehicles, handling frame and structural work with a focus on accuracy and safety.

The role requires at least two years of hands-on experience, a no-shortcuts mindset, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will work closely with painters, estimators, and front office staff to deliver top-quality repairs.

• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality—Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail—tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.

• Team-first attitude—collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision—no guesswork.
• Full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Panel and structural work to bring parts back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and finished workmanship that shows in fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Keep the work area clean and safe at all times.
