Job summary

Caliber Collision Service Center Aston is seeking skilled collision repair technicians. You will perform full repairs—from fender benders to frame rebuilds—using modern equipment and a meticulous, safety-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Two years experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision; no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repairs from minor to major damage, including frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to bring vehicles back to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly; final touches matter for safety and appearance.
• Collaborate with teammates to move cars through the center efficiently.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and uphold Centro safety standards.
• Handle accidents as part of our core business.
