Job summary

Caliber Collision Phoenix is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to join our team. You will perform full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, ensuring work meets factory specs and quality standards.

You will collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to deliver efficient, safe restorations and maintain a clean, organized shop environment. We offer training, benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge.
• Attention to detail with bolts, welds, and alignment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with cross-department collaboration.

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs to factory specs.
• Full collision repair from dents to frame rebuilds.
