Job Description

The Auto Body Technician is responsible for providing high-quality repairs to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition, ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involves disassembling, repairing, and reassembling vehicles, working collaboratively to meet KPIs and uphold our brand standards.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Execute the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
  • Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates using various tools.
  • Perform dent repairs, structural realignment, and replace damaged parts and glass.
  • Weld, attach, and paint vehicles as per specifications.
  • Complete work within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles post-repair.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship.
Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to read work orders and work independently.
  • Teamwork skills and understanding of vehicle repair methods.
  • Proficiency with repair tools.
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to work safely in noisy, odorous environments.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks.
  • Visual inspection skills in various weather conditions.
  • Physical flexibility to bend, kneel, and stretch.
