We are seeking to add an Auto Body Technician to our team to handle increased work volume. This is a full-time, flat-rated position at our new state-of-the-art facility. We pride ourselves on attracting, mentoring, and developing a team of specialized technicians.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Disassembly
• Body Work
• Frame Work
• Panel Replacement
• Reassembly
• Compression Welding
• MIG Welding

Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle inspections to assess damage and determine necessary repairs.
• Use mechanical knowledge and hand tools to execute auto body repairs, including sheet metal work.
• Conduct automotive repairs and maintenance following safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely vehicle repair and excellent service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and keep tools and equipment in good condition.

Technicians must have most of their own tools and reliable transportation. Work hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Pay is flat rate based on experience.
