Job Description

The Auto Body Technician is responsible for providing a high-quality customer experience by meticulously assessing and repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. This role involves disassembly, repairs, reassembly, and ensuring repairs meet quality standards and KPIs, while embodying our brand values.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute the WOW plan consistently.
2. Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates, using tools like cutting guns, plasma cutters, and hydraulic jacks.
3. Repair minor damages with hammers and fillers; realign chassis and frames for structural repairs.
4. Replace damaged sections and glass, repair interior parts, weld, and repaint vehicles.
5. Complete work within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles post-repair.
6. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship.
• Ability to read job orders and work independently.
• Knowledge of vehicle body repair methods and tools.

Physical and Other Requirements

• Ability to work safely in noisy, odorous environments.
• Lift up to 30 pounds, inspect vehicles in various weather conditions, and perform physical tasks like bending and kneeling.
