Job summary

Caliber's Service Center in Johnson City, TN is hiring an experienced auto body technician to repair collision damage to factory specs. You’ll work with modern equipment, perform full collision repair, panel and structural work, and ensure quality reassembly.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Demonstrated frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
• No shortcuts; blueprint and fix it right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with careful fit and finish.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work space.
