Caliber is looking for experienced collision repair technicians in Fredericksburg, VA. You’ll handle full collision repair, including frame and structural work, and precise reassembly to factory specs, using modern equipment.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of collision repair experience.
  • Frame and structural know-how; ability to pull, straighten and square.
  • No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
  • Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Panel and structural work returning parts to factory specs.
  • Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
  • Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
  • Keep the work area safe and clean.
