Job summary

Caliber's Woodbridge service center in Virginia is seeking skilled collision repair technicians. You will perform full collision repairs, from frame straightening to panel work, using top-tier equipment while upholding factory specifications.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of collision repair experience is required.
  • Frame and structural repair knowledge essential.
  • Attention to detail and not cutting corners are mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute precise repairs to factory specs.
  • Perform full collision repair from dents to frame rebuilds.
  • Handle panel and structural work with accuracy.
  • Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
  • Collaborate with the team to move vehicles efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
