Job summary

Caliber's Chambersburg Service Center is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to handle full repair work from fender to frame. You will use modern equipment and collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to deliver safe, road-ready cars.

We offer competitive pay ($60,000–$100,000+ annually depending on experience), plus I-CAR/ASE training, paid time off, and day-one benefits. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

  • Two years of collision repair experience or more.
  • Ability to pull, straighten, and square components.
  • Blueprints and repair specs adherence.
  • Attention to detail with tight bolts and welds.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team collaboration with estimators and painters.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
  • Perform full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
  • Carry out panel and structural work to factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
  • Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
