Key Responsibilities
· Collision Repair: Perform high-quality repairs on vehicles involved in accidents, including frame straightening, dent removal, and panel replacement.
· Paint Matching: Utilize computerized paint matching systems to ensure accurate color matching and finish.
· Insurance Coordination: Work closely with insurance companies to facilitate claims and ensure timely repairs.
· Direct Repair Program (DRP) Compliance: Adhere to DRP standards and guidelines to maintain program eligibility.
· Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes and address concerns.
· Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
· Experience: Minimum of 3 years in auto body repair, with experience in DRP and insurance-related repairs.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in using frame straightening machines, computerized paint matching systems, and other auto body repair equipment.
· Knowledge: Familiarity with various vehicle makes and models, repair procedures, and safety standards.
· Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and insurance representatives.
· Languages: Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred. · Certifications: I-CAR certification is a plus.
· Competitive Pay: start off $35 per hr
