Job Description

The Auto Body Technician is responsible for assessing and repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. This role involves disassembling, repairing, and reassembling vehicles, working towards company KPIs, and representing the brand positively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
2. Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates using various tools.
3. Repair minor body damages, realign chassis, replace damaged parts, and perform painting and welding tasks.
4. Complete work within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles post-repair.
5. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of technical school or a 3-year apprenticeship.
• Ability to read job orders and work independently.
• Understanding of vehicle body repair methods and tools.
• Physical ability to work safely in noisy, odorous environments, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform repairs in various weather conditions.
