Caliber Collision in Monument, CO is seeking a skilled collision repair technician to join our service center team. The role focuses on precise frame and structural repairs, blueprinting, and delivering factory-spec restorations for a wide range of vehicles.

Qualificações

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix it right first time.
• Sharp eye for detail and quality workmanship.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsabilidades

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and meticulous final touches.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safety-focused work area.
